TERMS OF USE
1. Introduction
Welcome to 11 Players, a sports game designed to offer entertainment through skill-based sports prediction contests. This service is operated for the valued customers of Ethio telecom. Participation in the game is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which govern all aspects of your usage, eligibility for rewards, and interactions with the platform.
2.Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older and an active subscriber of Ethio telecom services.
Residents of jurisdictions where sports participation is legally restricted are not eligible.
Employees, associates, and direct affiliates of the service provider may be restricted from prize eligibility.
3. Subscription & Access
Access to the 11 Players game is subject to daily subscription plans 3 Day FREE Trial, after 3 days 3 Birr/day (Auto Renewal).
Subscription charges are non-refundable, and user participation is valid only while subscription is active.
Users who miss a charge within a Gameweek will have a grace period, during which accumulated coins will be retained. However, if charges are not recovered before the Gameweek ends, the user forfeits prize eligibility for that week.
4. Virtual Coins & Gameplay
Coins are awarded based on users' performance in selecting players and predicting match outcomes.
Coins have no real-world cash value and are only valid within the 11 Players platform.
Coins earned in free-to-play contests are not eligible for consideration in prize-winning leaderboards.
5. Prize Categories
Prize distribution occurs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, subject to performance ranking on the leaderboard.

Note: All prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Substitutions, if necessary, will be made at the sole discretion of the provider. Contest Duration: 1st June 2025 to 31st October 2025
6. Estimated Prize Value
Prize values are estimated based on current market conditions. These may fluctuate and do not guarantee delivery of any specific model or brand.
Smartphone: ETB 40,000 β 50,000
Bicycle Small (#20): ETB 26,000
Bicycle Grand (#26): ETB 35,000
The total prize pool distributed will not exceed 55% of the revenue generated from 11 Players subscriptions within the prize period. In case of lower revenue or operational constraints, the organizers reserve the right to reduce or reschedule prizes.
7. Prize Qualification & Conditions
Daily Airtime: Top 10 users on daily leaderboard win ETB 100 airtime each.
Weekly Airtime: Top 10 users on weekly leaderboard win ETB 500 airtime each.
Monthly:
1st place: Smartphone
2nd place: Bicycle Grand #26
3rd place: Bicycle Small #20
4thβ13th places: Airtime of ETB 1,000 each
Users must be continuously subscribed for the full month to qualify for monthly prizes.
8. Disbursement of Prizes
Airtime is credited directly to prepaid numbers.
Postpaid or telebirr subscribers will receive the equivalent airtime prize amount via bank transfer or mobile wallet, subject to verification.
Prizes will be processed within 30 business days of winner announcement.
9. Leaderboard & Tie Resolution
Winners are declared based on highest coin totals published on the official leaderboard.
In the event of a tie, the winner shall be the user who reached the coin total first (earliest timestamp).
in the event of a tie , The applicable prize amount shall be equally divided among the tied participants.
10. Dispute Management
The 11 Players Game Rules are the sole reference for resolving disputes.
Users may raise tickets through official support channels. All disputes will be reviewed in a timely manner.
Organizers reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity, and decisions made by the service operator shall be final.
11.Fraud & Misuse Policy
Use of bots, multiple accounts, or any form of manipulation will lead to immediate disqualification.
Coin balances may be adjusted, withheld, or nullified at the sole discretion of the administrators in case of abuse or technical inconsistencies.
12. Limitation of Liability
The service is offered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Our maximum liability in any claim arising from the service shall be limited to the subscription amount paid in the last 30 days.
The provider is not liable for any indirect or incidental losses, including those related to prize delivery delays or technical glitches.
13. Service Modifications
The game structure, rules, prize distribution, and leaderboard logic may be updated from time to time at our discretion.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such updates.
14.Termination
Users may cancel their subscription anytime via SMS, portal, or USSD.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block any user account violating these Terms or engaging in harmful behavior.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any dispute shall be resolved under the competent courts within the territory, or through arbitration as decided by the provider.
The service is managed by the company from its offices in the United States and Europe. You agree to comply with all local, state, federal and national laws, laws and regulations that apply to your use of the Service. No employee or agent of the Company has the authority to change these Terms of Service.
16.
A user shall be eligible to win only one (1) time under the monthly criteria, provided that the user is successfully charged for each participation; however, no user shall be entitled to win more than the defined winning critera during the same contest period from the same mobile number.
